Description (partial)

Calls which involve media resources - MTP (for direct phone calls or transit calls from trunk to trunk) and CFB (for Ad-Hoc conferences) may experience audio delays/cutoffs for 3, 6, 9 ,12 seconds.
Is caused by packets delays in IPVMS kernel driver and after that time IPVMS continues sending packets with next RTP sequence number.

- IPVMS based media resource is used for active call - MTP, TRP, CFB, ANN
- IPVMS is clearing stale RTP stream
