Description (partial)

Symptom:
After BAT import of LDAP directories missing LDAP Server to CUCM DB mapping fields like "User ID, First Name, Last Name, Department, mail ID, Home Number, Pager Number, Manager ID, Title, Mobile Number".

Conditions:
Export The Ldap Directories using BAT.
Delete The Directories from CUCM.
Import The CSV file exported previously,  "User ID, First Name, Last Name, Department, mail ID, Home Number, Pager Number, Manager ID, Title, Mobile Number". fields would be Blank
