Description (partial)

Currently since we acquired UCCX design, when we delete a SIP trigger from GUI, VVB still keeps entry of this deleted trigger in its DB. It marks the active flag to 'false' in its DB table (crstrigger). UCCX used to do this for reporting purposes. But since we do not use VVB DB for any reporting, these triggers can be removed from the DB

This defect is to have this design changed and delete stale entries from DB so we avoid any performance issues in the future.
