Description (partial)

Symptom:
Ingress QOS marking corrupted for L3VPN traffic with egress qos policy matching "mpls exp" on router

Conditions:
When there is egress qos policy applied on any interface on ASR903 with RSP2 matching "mpls exp" bit the ingress marking with cos or discard class for MPLS L3VPN traffic was getting corrupted.

Due to which egress policy to drop traffic WRED based mathing the discard class or cos was not working as expected.
