Description (partial)

Symptom:
ESA S/MIME signature will not pass verification for mails sent with Outlook using HTML/RTF format.  This is not necessarily limited in scope to Outlook-generated emails.  Any email with a line in the body that starts with "." could be affected.

Conditions:
ESA configured with S/MIME signing.
Emails sent through with lines that contain a leading "."
