Description (partial)

MAC address count on EFP/BD qfp stats do not correlate with actual MAC count.

QFP count should display dynamic (BD) + static (OTV) MAC address, but it might show abnormal MAC Count.

In the situation that QFP MAC count is close to the MAC limit, it can cause failures learning new MAC addresses. Following logs are seen:

%BDOMAIN-4-MAC_LIMIT_VIOL_INST_LIMIT: Attempt to learn a new MAC on Port-channel1 service instance 716 (bridge-domain 716) caused configured service instance limit (65536) to be exceeded.
