Symptom:
Baremetal node status becomes inactive in cluster status and CIMC unreachable by SSH

Conditions:
This has been observed in Tetration release 3.3.2.2 with an error in bmmgr.log containing trace

RuntimeError: ('Error %s fetching IPMI sensor info: %s, %s', 1, '', 'No data available\nGet Device ID command failed\nNo data available\nNo data available\nNo valid response received\nGet Device ID command failed: 0xff Unspecified erro\nUnable to open SDR for reading\n
