Description (partial)

Symptom:
When restoring WLC cfg we might see error message regarding a multicast command:
"config network multicast mode multicast <ip> Invalid ip address" 

However the command has a valid IP address and if we enter the command manually via CLI, it is accepted.

Conditions:
WLC with default config.
Restore cfg with commands:

config network multicast igmp snooping enable 
config network multicast global enable 
config network multicast l2mcast disable service-port 
config network multicast l2mcast disable virtual 
config network multicast mode multicast 239.0.x.x
