Cisco Bug: CSCvs08212 - consolidated logs were not coming on pcrfclient01 cluster A due to java.lang.OutOfMemoryError

Symptom: Consolidated logs were not coming on pcrfclient01 Conditions: When CPS system receives the Faults / events/ traps in burst, the decided capacity of holding the incoming faults for pro-cessing is reached and system started facing this problem. It is Observed that CPS is receiving Traps in bulk, in this case we need to first find out which trap(s) is getting generated fre-quently and continuously during/before the time of issue and need to correct the client system which is generating those traps. On the other hand, CPS system should be able to handle the overflow situation, where the faults/events/traps are coming in high numbers in a very short time, instead of going out of memory (process pause/ hang state), CPS system should drop the overflow event/fault /trap messages.
