Description (partial)

Symptom:
All MAC and Windows users are impacted. When starting an MC meeting from Jabber, the wrong meeting number is sent. As a result, attendees receive meeting number for an unknown meeting and an error message is received "The Webex Meetings is not available. The WebEx meeting site is not currently available. Try again later"

Conditions:
When starting a meeting from Jabber on MAC or Windows, host right clicks on a contact from the list and select "Start meeting", the host joins the meeting. The attendee receive notification, regardless of attendee OS, when clicking "Join meeting" on the pop-up notification, receives error "The Webex Meetings is not available. The WebEx meeting site is not currently available. Try again later"
