Description (partial)

Config clean-up during device delete action doesnt remove 'snmp-server enable traps <all traps>' which is configured via device controllability

Symptom:
Configuration Clean-Up during device delete action doesn't remove 'snmp-server enable traps <all traps>' which is configured via Device Controllability. 

After successful deletion of the device from DNA Center with other configs cleaned up on the device,  'snmp-server enable traps <all traps>' will still exist on the device.

Conditions:
Removing a device from DNA Center with the "Configuration Clean-Up" option selected
