Description (partial)

Symptom:
It is not possible to format the USB Flash device to linux based file systems like ext2 or ext3. Regardless of the file system type specified in the format command on the switch, switch always formats it to "vfat" file system.

Conditions:
No special conditions. Applicable only for formatting the USB flash device using switch.
