Symptom:
A Nexus 3636C-R Series Switch may experience a "jerusd" process crash when inserting a 25G breakout cable.  The device will reload and continue to crash/reload until the QSFP is removed.

Conditions:
Nexus 3636C-R Series Switch
Version 9.2(4) and lower
25G Breakout QSFP (unsupported XCVR) inserted
