Description (partial)

Symptom:
CLOSE_REQ has to be presented in INFO trace level for EAAS in the same way as we have OPEN_REQ and OPEN_RESP. Currently it is presented only with DEBUG trace which is not helpful when PIM or EAAS goes down.
