Description (partial)

Symptom:
F2928 "KeyRing Certificate expired" faults raised and do not get cleared.

Conditions:
This issue occurs if HTTPS certificate was allowed to expire and then is updated after the expiration.

moquery -c pkiKeyRing will show conflicting dates between "certValidUntil" and the "Not Before" and "Not After" fields.
