Description (partial)

Symptom:
When WLC is upgraded to 8.10.105.0, webauth clients start getting "SSL certificate not trusted" error when redirected to webauth page. 
This happens because the WLC sends a self-signed cert with random CN instead of sending trusted signed certificate available on the WLC.

Conditions:
upgrade to 8.10.105.0
