Description (partial)

REQUIREMENT: Option to exclude reserved AFCs (Customer-Initiator and Tenant-Information) and associated Dictionaries, during deployment of a Service to an environment via Catalog Deployer. The reason for this requirement is because if a Service, containing these reserved AFCs, is saved as Draft or added to the Cart on an environment, they become obsolete every time a different Service, also containing the reserved AFCs, is deployed on that environment.

IMPLEMENTATION: A deployment option has been introduced for Catalog Deployer Advanced packages, such that when packages are assembled at the source with that option enabled, the deployment on the target will skip the revision number update of all non-package Services that also contain the reserved AFCs. The availability of this new deployment option is controlled by a configuration.
