Description (partial)

Symptom:
WebEx has made a recent change to the "pause sharing" function, which freezes the participant view until the presenter resumes sharing. Previously, a presenter could freeze the screen and the black box would disappear after a second or two. After a recent WebEx update, however, the black box now remains on the screen (and blocks text from view) for the entire time sharing is paused.

Conditions:

Replicate steps:

1) Start a meeting on <site>.webex.com using Windows
2) Start sharing
3) Pause sharing
4) The black pause dialog doesn't disappear
