Description (partial)

Symptom:
During the 6200 to 6400 series FI migration, after bringing up the 6400 the IOMs do not discover.

This is due in part to the 6400 requiring Port Channels for Fabric connection to the IOMs.

Per the Migration guide:

"The UCS 6454 Series Fabric Interconnect supports only port-channel mode for chassis-discovery. On changing the chassis or FEX discovery policy to port-channel, the chassis needs to be re-acknowledged before proceeding with the migration. If the chassis is not re-acknowledged, the migration will fail."

The IOMs have failed at ResetEvacuate stage while disabling Evacuation as IOMs are offline. 
This indicates evacuation was not completely evacuated before hardware migration tests started.

The fixed releases will now have a configuration warning, prior to joining the 6400 to the cluster, if conditions are not met.

Midway through 6200 to 6400 series migration
