Symptom:
Error "'es-acl' detected the 'informational' condition 'The access-list entry does not exist in the list'" was observed in below output:

Resequencing an Access-List when a Remark Access-List Entry is present. 
Error will be displayed for entries following remark statement.
It was observed on powerglide line card: A9K-48X10GE-1G-SE with software 6.3.3
