Description (partial)

External prefixes received in external lsa are not given to LS LIB / BGP LS when redistribution / default information originate is configured in one of the routers.

1. Change in ASBR status in the node where redistribution / default information originate is configured (i.e. node becomes non ASBR to ASBR)
2. External LSA's are received before the ASBR status change via router LSA or type-4 LSA.
