Symptom:
The behavior networkaccessadmin and network user`s enable password expiry also considered for disabling the account is expected adding extra information in UI under user creation page and admin access page

-- An admin account which has only the ERS Admin group assigned is being disabled frequently.
-- Re-enabling the account does not permanently fix the issue
-- Re-enabling the account after changing the password does not permanently fix the issue.

Conditions:
-- Admin account with ERS Admin group only assigned
-- Password expiry conditions are not met
-- Password inactivity conditions are not met
