Known Affected Releases
Symptom: Splice fails, and a forced splice is executed, leading to continuity count errors at the splice point. Conditions: Ad insertion with video streams that have more than one picture per PES, or where a PES header is not indicated by means of a "Payload Unit Start Indicator".
