Description (partial)

- Authentication will fail when we use ASCII character in the password from the range 128 to 254,where the AD will get a different value from the IOS box.
- However, it will send the correct encode to the LDAP server, AD, when we use a password with ASCII character from the range 0 to 127.
- ASCII character (Δ) works fine, when sent to the AD, which is 0xce 0x94 in hexadecimal, and the password that has this character (§)	0xc2 0xa7 in hexadecimal will not be authenticated, since the encoding sent to the AD is wrong, where it seems be cut, being sent as ( 31 a7) so the AD sends login failed.

-- Not working range:

- Only IOS routers has the issue, ASA works fine
