Symptom:
SAFEC Errors constantly appearing in syslogs -

Causes WLC buffers to overflow and thus caused APs to disjoin occasionally (resolved by reboot).

Conditions:
WLC is 8540 running on code 8.8.111.0.
WLC is using WLAN with Central Web Auth.
