Description (partial)

With CSPC IP range discovery, active WLC will be discovered as duplicate of standby WLC, while standby WLC remains inactive due to the design. As a result Inventory collection data is not being collected from WLC.
THe reason for this is that when CSPC is sending SNMP packets to standby WLC, it gets valid response with valid data, but the reply is sent from active WLC (In WLC HA design it is active that always responds, no matter if the request was directed to active or standby node).
CSPC does not verify who replied and thinks that standby is available and marks active as duplicate.

The issue has been observer with CSPC IP range discovery with SNMPv3.
It is possible that the problem will also appear with protocol discovery like CDP and SNMPv2 although it has not been verified.
