Description (partial)

Symptom:
Cisco Jabber Android does not show call capabilities in the (...) menu(Transfer, park, conference, etc) when the call is retrieved from call park.

Call scenario:
Call a Jabber extension, park the call from Jabber, Press resume, No call options available only 'Show call statistics';'Hold';'Move to mobile'

Direct calls or transfers work as expected, we see the call options.

The root cause of the issue is- if there is a character in the 180 Ringing, Remote-Party-ID then call capabilities are lost. Example if Remote-Party-ID in 180 Ringing as 'x1000' the character 'x' is causing the issue.
