Description (partial)

Symptom:
if GISO contains certain SMU (which are specific to only arm architecture) and used for iPXE our USB boot then those SMUs are not being installed in arm based cards(SC and FC in ncs5500 platform).

Conditions:
1: GISO contains rpms specific to arm architecture only(no x86_64 counter part exist)
2: Above type of GISO used for PXE boot or USB boot
