Description (partial)

Symptom:
The vsh.bin process might crash when attempting to access the Cisco Nexus switch via SSH and the MTS payload of the authentication packets is corrupted. This will be reported in the log as follows:
`show logging nvram`
2019 Sep 11 21:51:44.634 %DAEMON-2-SYSTEM_MSG: fatal: PAM: pam_setcred(): Authentication failure - dcos_sshd[11625]
2019 Sep 17 22:45:01.610 %SYSMGR-2-LAST_CORE_BASIC_TRACE: : PID 5631 with message vsh.bin(non-sysmgr) crashed, core will be saved .
