Symptom:
Windows Application Failure Event should be generated in case of Client Disconnection

Conditions:
During 2K Load , CTI Closed Connection with Finesse .

It became difficult to find the time of disconnect through log , As dumplog for CTI takes huge hours to collect. 

Only way we could find the time of this disonnection is from finesse logs , But this could have been easier to find from eventvwr if we have an event generated for this condition of losing connection with clients .  Hence this serviceability defect .
