Last Modified

Mar 30, 2020

Products (1)

  • Cisco Telepresence Integrator C Series

Known Affected Releases

Description (partial)

Symptom:
When using the "Add" button to escalate 2 encrypted calls to an ad-hoc call with the call to the conference bridge being encrypted, the endpoint displays successively "Call non encrypted", "Call encrypted", "Call non encrypted", "Call encrypted", "The call has x participants".
The fact that the toaster is jumping back and forth between "Call non encrypted" and "Call encrypted" is confusing for the users.

the endpoint should only display "Call encrypted" and then "the call has x participants"

Conditions:
CE endpoint using the "Add" button to merge 2 calls.
