Description (partial)

Symptom:
- Cat9k does not return exact switch model in response to OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2

- OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2 details:

MIB : SNMPv2-MIB

"The vendor's authoritative identification of the network management subsystem contained in the entity. This value is allocated within the SMI enterprises subtree (1.3.6.1.4.1) and provides an easy and unambiguous means for determining `what kind of box' is being managed."

- Customer expectation is every Cisco device to return a unique value for OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2, while currently multiple different switch models report the same one, for example:

a) C9500-48Y4C and C9500-32C return 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2688

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2688 = "ciscoCat9500VirtualStack"

We would like to see:
- C9500-48Y4C returning 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2568 = "ciscoCat950048Y4C"
- C9500-32C returning 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2566 = "ciscoCat950032C"

b) WS-3650-24PS-L and WS-C3650-48FQM-L return 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2066

1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.2066 = "cat36xxstack"

We would like to see:
- WS-3650-24PS-L returning 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1825 = "ciscoC365024PS"
- WS-C3650-48FQM-L returning 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1824 = "ciscoC365048TS" or 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.26 = "ciscoC365048PS" or 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1828 = "ciscoC365048TD" or 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1830 = "ciscoC365048PD" or 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1881 = "ciscoC365048PQ" or 1.3.6.1.4.1.9.1.1882 = "ciscoC365048TQ" as there is no OID pointing to "ciscoC365048FQM"

Conditions:
- Cat9k running any software image, including the latest one like 16.6.7, 16.9.4, 16.12.1
- SNMP request for OID 1.3.6.1.2.1.1.2
