Description (partial)

Symptom:
Delete device with configuration clean doesn't work for routers for L2 Subinterface.

UI throws provision failed error; however, devices were removed from Inventory.
Check on device, and last provisioned configuration wasn't clean from devices.

Conditions:
1. When L3 configuration is used and device is deleted using Configuration clean up option, the removal of previous configuration is successful.
2. When L2 Switchport configuration is used and device is deleted using Configuration clean up option, the removal of previous configuration is successful.
3. When L2 Subinterface configuration is used and device is deleted using Configuration clean up option, the removal of previous configuration is un-successful. But device is successfully deleted.
