Description (partial)

Users intermittently get "Server Not Available" error when trying to login to Secure Doc, because of which Envelope is not rendered completely. You might see Message Security: rendered as blank.

When Secure Doc is sent to only a single recipient & the user waits for 15secs before entering the password.

Please note, this issue is not seen -
1. when secure doc is sent to multiple recipients
 2. If user enters the username instantly (within 15 secs).
 3. Also, if Easy Open is enabled for an account then those users will not see this issue when reading the email via Read Message button.
