Symptom:
Upgrade to 12.5SU1 from 10.5 fails.

If you see the /var/log/inactive/cm/trace/dbl/sdi/installdb_ru.log.err :-

Conditions:
Using custom sip normalization scripts that include the carriage return('\r\n') character.
This is the snippet in the custom script that caused the issue:
