Description (partial)

Symptom:
When TMS is pulling UDS phonebook from CUCM, the entries pulled are not logged any where in TMS.  The Systemapi-databasescanner logs show TMS reaching out to the RISDB, but the response is not helpful.

Conditions:
Adding CUCM UDS phonebook as a source in TMS
