Description (partial)

Symptom:
Server goes inaccessible in UCS Manager or in standalone mode Cisco IMC cannot be reached.

In UCSM fault raised. - Server X (service profile: org-root/org-XXX/ls-service-profile) inaccessible

Conditions:
In the Cisco IMC SEL you can see the following logs -

In the Cisco IMC log bundle, we can see the following entries in the logs /mnt/jffs2/log/eng-repo/messages
