Description (partial)

Symptom:
Multiple VLANs behind an AP may be incorrectly bridged together by the AP.  This may case
various failure symptoms:

* AP may cause a spanning tree loop in the wired network, hence AP unable to rejoin controller
* RLAN clients may be unable to connect to the network
* traffic from one VLAN (e.g. broadcasts/multicasts) may incorrectly appear in another

Conditions:
Seen with an AP1810W, with RLANs in multiple VLANs
