6.2.3.12 6.2.3.13 6.2.3.9 6.4.0

Description (partial)

Symptom:
Upgrade seems to stall at 200_pre/470_revert_prep.sh. In reality, the script is still running, but has been bogged down by a grep command. One symptom of the issue: the 200_pre/470_revert_prep.sh.log file will contain lines similar to this:
find: `./sfsnort/rna_flow_stats_1569874920_0.MYD': No such file or directory
find: `./sfsnort/app_session_stats_day_1567728000_0.MYD': No such file or directory
find: `./sfsnort/session_stats_hour_1570114800_0.MYD': No such file or directory
find: `./sfsnort/rna_flow_stats_1569609780_0.MYI': No such file or directory

Conditions:
Customer is upgrading (so far we have only seen this when upgrading to 6.4, despite the change having been made in 6.3 or 6.2.3.x), and their mysql DB has thousands of partitions.
