Symptom:
Customer receives multiple emails for activation of an account which was already activated.

Conditions:
Users at receive notifications for activating accounts already activated. There is a notification process that sends notifications to ATLAS which effectively triggers sending activation emails.
Bug details contain sensitive information and therefore require a Cisco.com account to be viewed.
