Memory leak was seen in dhcpv6d process when it receives INFORMATION-REQUEST packet from client.

Memory leak will be seen while processing the REPLAY packet for the INFORMATION-REQUEST packet from client.

L2-rewrite-4-INIT_FAILED after ASR9K 64 migration
Hi all, I have tried to migrate an ASR9910 from 6.5.3 32 bit version to 64 bit version. Most of the process seemed to be fine and the device is running again with the migrated configuration.
