Description (partial)
Symptom: MDS 9148S shows very high SFP temperature alarms. This happens when using a unsupported SFP. The following logs are found in show logging log (SFP temperature can vary): <pre> MDS9148S# show logging log 2018 Dec 3 13:29:39 MDS9148S %USER-3-SYSTEM_MSG: lc_port_cfg: (line 609):SFP in port '1' reported temperature alarm. SFP temperature = '1275 C', threshold '78 C' - lc_port_cfg </pre> Conditions: Applies only to MDS 9148S switch, release 8.1(1) or 8.2(1). Has occurred only with non-supported SFPs.
