Symptom: On the Firepower Management Center, new tasks do not start. On Sensors, Action Queue logs have the following: ActionQueueScrape.pl: Task failure (286a55d0-460d-11e8-95e4-7578dfe81861) Security Intelligence synchronization from firepower.cisco.com : Security Intelligence synchronization failed (Cannot open file /var/sf/sifile_download/peers/SYNC_0e4271d8-460d-11e8-bebe-6ca5dfe81861/IPRVersion.dat) Conditions: Using Security Intelligence and/or Threat Intelligence Director feeds in applied policies. If the Firepower Management Center has a lot of devices registered to it, this issue will cause the task queue to fill up quickly and get behind in processing tasks.
