Cisco Bug: CSCvj17368 - CUCM User PIN not inherited from Default CUCM User Template when adding Subscriber via QAS

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The CUCM User PIN is not inherited from the Default CUCM User Template when adding Subscriber via Quick Add Subscriber.

Steps to reproduce:
In a User Configuration Template, which is selected in the Quick Add Group, set the PIN under the device/cucm/User section eg: 54321
Add a User using the required Quick Add Group with Extension Mobility and a Phone selected. Attempt to login to the Phone with the USERNAME and the PIN of 54321, the Login fails.

When reviewing the AXL for the AddUser and UpdateUser then is no mention of PIN being sent to CUCM.
