Symptom: customer is attempting to debug an external service script, when he kicks off a deployment and download the log files, nothing from the pre-start script is in these log files. However, I can see them in the raw log files on the cco server. Ultimately, it would be helpful to include stderr and stdout (not just stdout) from the external service scripts in the download logs at an INFO level so debug logging is not required. Conditions: Logs in DEBUG mode shows standard output, but no standard error Logging of externet script should be shown on INFO level of logging.
