Cisco Bug: CSCvj14618 - L3-Handoff config not pushed by DNAC if Border and Fusion are connected using Port-channel

Last Modified

Sep 18, 2018

Products (1)

  • Cisco Application Policy Infrastructure Controller Enterprise Module (APIC-EM)

Known Affected Releases

DNAC1.1.2 DNAC1.1.3

Description (partial)

Symptom:
The DNAC L3-handoff provisioning under the fabric doesnt support PORT-CHANNEL between fusion and border.
We would see the below error if we try to provision the border with L3-handoff after associating VN with port-channel.

ConnectivityDomain validateCFS - The interface does not exist in the device, select a valid one

Correct behavior:

If the port-channel support for L3-handoff provisioning is not available, it should be even presented in the list of available interfaces on DNAC.

Please find attached a screenshot- L3-handoff-port-channel

Conditions:
Seen on version 1.1.3, 1.1.4. Ideally we should see it on all versions till date
