Description (partial)

When a user account with remote authentication is created on a switch running on NX-OS, the same user cannot be created again for local (fallback) authentication.
When a user tries it, they see the error:
Error: user: <username> account is already created through remote authentication.

This behavior is by design in all NX-OS switches.
