Description (partial)

Symptom:
We have issues from time to time where a user turns up debugging on their script, or a tidal job goes into a tailspin and spews a ton of output.

Conditions:
We would like to limit the output size for any given job run (this can be at the agent, master, or even DB level setting). Is it possible to say, limit output to 1mb, and if a job run goes over that limit to have the job complete abnormally and have the user correct the problem?

We get some scripts that can generate 10-30mb of output on debug mode, and we would rather that job fail so we can tell the end users they need to redirect output to a file rather than have the information written to database.
