Description (partial)

Symptom:
Bundle member addition is stuck in "configured" state once the FHRP limitation is hit.

show int be5
      TenGigE0/0/0/16/0            Full-duplex  10000Mb/s    Configured <<<<<<<
      TenGigE0/0/0/24/0            Full-duplex  10000Mb/s    Active

show bundle be5 . >>>>> member link is stuck with this error.
  Bundle is in the process of being replicated to this location

show bundle trace all location 0/rp0/cpu0
Apr 20 02:20:54.861 bundlemgr/distrib/fast 0/RP0/CPU0 t4928 OUTSIDE FLOW: IM: Failed replication operation 0 for 14 of 14 members, IM op 0x000-6764, first error (member TenGigE0/0/0/10/1): 'platforms-fhrp' detected the 'fatal' condition 'Maximum number of FHRP MAC entries for the system exceeded'

Conditions:
1. Bundle's are configured -> bundle creation
2. Bundle members are configured for 1st time -> bundle creation
3. Additional bundle members are configured -> 2nd time -> bundle modification

Based on the number of bundle members added in step-3 the mac-allocation will increment per bundle member addition.
