Symptom: Clicking on "Help for All Service Parameters" in vendorConfigHelp leads HTTP 500 error Conditions: Go to ccmadmin - Advanced Features->EMCC->EMCC Configuration - Click on question mark "?" - click Help for All Service Parameters in new window (Vendorconfig help) - It shows https 500 error. Same issue is seen in System->Enterprise Parameters and Advanced Features->Fallback->Fallback Feature configuration. have attached snapshot. Kindly look into it.
